If you purchased Disk Doctor Pro directly from FIPLAB (not through the Mac App Store), a one-time manual update is required.

Please note minimum macOS version is now Big Sur 11.5. Do not update if you are still running macOS Catalina 10.15 or older as this updated app does not support it.

We've overhauled how updates are distributed for the direct version. Going forward, Disk Doctor Pro will use a new update framework to deliver automatic updates — but to make this transition, you'll need to install the latest version manually.

What You Need To Do:

  1. Delete your existing Disk Doctor Pro installation (or back it up outside of the Applications folder)
  2. Download the latest version of Disk Doctor Pro
  3. Unarchive the downloaded file
  4. Move the app into your Applications folder

Once completed, all future updates will be delivered automatically.

You can use your existing license code you previously received when you purchased the app to activate the app.

If you purchased Disk Doctor Pro through the Mac App Store, no action is needed — updates are handled automatically.
